The Montebello has two floors. On the first floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with sofa bed, cable television, internet, and with living out terrace with tropical garden.

On the second floor, there are two bedrooms with air conditioning, each one with one bathroom with hot water. In one bedroom, there is a king size bed and in the other there are three king size beds.
